Bonus: Today was one of those days where a lot of little things just kind of fell into place.

2. Sleeping through the night for the first time in awhile

1. Friends cooking/grilling me an amazing fresh Pike Place purchased lunch

3. My comfy comforter keeping me warm so I can keep my windows open and my fan on high

1. Walking with sprints for 4 miles
2. Feeling pretty good physically
3. The ability to sleep in and catch up on some sleep

1. I love the fact that Seattle is so safe you can walk a mile downtown, by yourself, in heels and feel pretty safe.
2. I love living here, taking the water taxi to Alki provides the best views.
3. Friends are in town from California, having an amazing time with them.

1. I know I say this all the time, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE living in Seattle.
2. Even though the Wings lost, still got to spend good times with new friends.
3. Meeting up with an old friend who is in town after 10 years.

Bonus - I had an "Ah ha" moment today... a maybe everything is going to be alright moment. Happened when jogging in Pioneer Square... No particular reason, just a feeling I felt. Hope it stays.

2. I love my apartment so much.

1. I have to say it again, eating Bedlam Coffee's toast.
